Prior to this prime point, it is essential for us to become the trustable partner for all the business peoples around the world. Embarked from this standpoint, DagangAsia Net implements its business strategy that aiming to integrate the bonds between Asia businesses and the world by making the online global trading as easy as one touch.
In line with the Malaysian government objectives of promoting Malaysia as the global Halal industry hub and also as the offshore business and IT center of the world, DagangAsia Net aims to implement its strategic marketing in four perspectives, i.e. the e-Business Portal, Strategic Partnership, International Exhibition and Media and Advertising, which we can simplified to the term “MISE”. It comprises all the marketing elements that help the buyer and seller to explore the potential business opportunities around the world.

DagangAsia Net Strategic Marketing Plan “MISE”
- We will enhance and improve the functions of the DagangAsia and DagangHalal portal from moment to moment so that the merchants can upload trade leads and product information more efficiency.
- We will establish Strategic Business partnership program will also be implemented to propagate the e-business portals as to cultivate more technopreneurs and provide business opportunities to them.
- We will target some of the big International Exhibitions to promote our merchant business products. More business information will be add-in to the portals to enrich the business network contents.
- We will promote the portals through the local and international broadcast Media and Advertising channels as to popularize the portals among the merchants around the world.
Along with the strategic marketing plan in four perspectives, DagangAsia Net will execute the following tactical marketing plan:
- Promote the DagangHalal.com and DagangAsia.com as the “trustable e-commerce business partner” in many international big events and exhibitions.
- Internationalize the DagangHalal and DagangAsia portals to become more business-friendly use platform that surpass the problem of language, culture and marketing channel.
- Explore the new emerging potential markets in the world and help our merchants to penetrate into the market.
- Promote the “Made-in-Malaysia” commodities through our unique e-business portal.
- Leverage upon the Malaysian Halal standard to enhance the quality branding of the Malaysia’s Halal products.
- Cultivate more technopreneurs to become our business partners in promoting the DagangHalal and DagangAsia portals.
- Establish a knowledge community that sharing the business ideas, trading knowledge, experiences and exchange business network.
- Organize discussion meetings with the Malaysian entrepreneur communities in different industries about the regulations, challenges and latest development of world trade affairs.
In the future, DagangAsia Net will gradually transform its B2B DagangHalal.com and DagangAsia.com portals to the B2C model, where the e-commerce platform is enabled. Then, we will expand our services to C2C model in certain business areas. Finally, we will achieve to a model called B2B2C2C model, i.e. the all-in-one platform for interactive transaction of sell goods or services among firms and consumers.
